I have been modelling for the last four years since retiring early from the oil industry several years before.
It's refreshing to be part-off something very different from engineering. I'm keen to model for all forms of life art.

I am a fit 61-year-old, 5’ 9” tall, weight 12 stone, of slim to medium build with good muscle tone, bearded with a nice natural suntan.

Willing to undertake any art and photography assignments with groups or individual artists. Very interested in any sculpture, body-casting or body painting opportunities.

I have completed the Enhanced Disclosure Scotland vetting process for the college & school work and some voluntary work.

Given a little notice I could be available at most times of the day or evening including weekends.

I have modelled periodically at sessions for many of the local artists' groups. Over the last four years I have been regularly modelling for Art/Design and also Fashion/Textile students at Aberdeen College. In the past I have sat for several days for an artist in a summer residency completing a series of large life drawings. I have also worked a short series of portfolio building sessions for a school 6th form classes alternating with a female model. I have modelled at a two-day Anatomy for Artists Workshop
In the more distant past I participated in a naked portrait project called 'Leapers' for Edinburgh photographer Catriona Grant and also attended the Spencer Tunick mass nude photo-installation at Newcastle/Gateshead in 2005.

None really, at one time I was quite interested in photography, so reckon I still understand the basic rules of composition.

Now attempting to learn the basics of Life Drawing for myself for when I put on the robe for the last time!

Dru Yoga, Pilates, DIY, gardening, dog owner.

Whatever turns me on - Choral to Led Zepp!

Bright and lively, and maybe slightly 'wacky' people, cricket and real ale along with plenty of sunshine!

Arrogant speeding drivers!

LifeART ...the artist and model network
Welcome note from admin:
Welcome to LifeART, the networking site for artists and models. Modeling can often be a solitary profession with no contact or advice from other models. LifeART breaks down these barriers and offers help and advice to all. Be sure to check into the forum to view topical discussion between artists and models.

Members are reminded to be careful with whom they make contact and to take necessary precautions when meeting anyone for the first time. Please report any suspicious behaviour to keep this a safe and friendly environment.

Members must not harass other members. This is not a dating site. LifeART shares information with RAM and inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Reported members will be removed without warning.

Photos are allowed up to a level of artistic nudity. This is NOT an adult site. Art tutors do not wish to see anatomical studies of genitals and any such images will considerably reduce your chances of finding work. Repetitive self-timer images that focus on the genitals will also be removed. Also, no erections or images that could be considered to contain semi erections. Finally, please do not include frontal nudity on your MAIN profile picture.

Thank you for your co-operation and happy browsing!
