I have been interested in art from a young age, including music, due to my granddad and uncle both being fond of the subjects. I am looking to model for Life Drawing classes to see another side to the art world. I enjoy most things that give people the freedom to express what they feel, as I am a very expressive person myself. I'll encourage anyone to pick up a pencil or an instrument, I can't think of a better way to live than with music in the ear and art in the eye.

As of yet I don't have any modelling experience, I am still searching for artist's or classes within my area who are willing to take on an inexperienced model, but fingers crossed I'll find something soon.

I have no formal artistic experience but have had a creative project on the go for as long as I can remember, switching between materials. My family were supportive of creativity and I'm very thankful for that. Having something to be part of and to learn from is a major factor when growing up, and I don't think I'll ever stop!

I enjoy sketching, playing and recording music along with my friends, I like to write poetry and short stories. Walking in the open countryside with the fresh air usually brings a smile to my face. I like to research all different kinds of subjects in my spare time, collecting information and writing it up in the journals I keep.

I've just finished one called 'The Aestethetic Movement' by Robin Spencer, definately worth a read.
I love books on art, science, music, fantasy- 'The Edge Chronicles' are kids books but I thoroughly enjoyed them. Books on spirituality, food from the wild, anything and everything that will teach me something interesting.

Johnny Cash, Bob Dylan, Hendrix, the Doors, Jefferson Airplane, Joni Mitchell, the Beatles, Funkadelic, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Devendra Banhart, the Black Keys, Tim Buckley, Jackson C. Frank... classical music, chill out music, tribal music. I love music with emotion and soul. The list is endless!

Happy people with positive stories.

How little art is given credit in today's society.

Hello Draftsman,

Your work is very beautiful, I especially enjoyed 'Theresa Twisting' and 'Alan with Pole'.  Very floaty and comforting colouring.

Alex.

LifeART ...the artist and model network
Welcome note from admin:
Welcome to LifeART, the networking site for artists and models. Modeling can often be a solitary profession with no contact or advice from other models. LifeART breaks down these barriers and offers help and advice to all. Be sure to check into the forum to view topical discussion between artists and models. Members may promote their services on the forum for free or subscribe to Gold Membership to have their profiles added to the search boxes to maximise their chances of finding work. Gold Membership is only £16 per year and also entitles members to send and receive messages on the main database.

Your account will automatically upgrade upon your funds being released from Paypal. This is usually instant although some forms of transaction take longer than others.

Members are reminded to be careful with whom they make contact and to take necessary precautions when meeting anyone for the first time. Please report any suspicious behaviour to keep this a safe and friendly environment.

Members must not harass other members. This is not a dating site. LifeART shares information with RAM and inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Reported members will be removed without warning.

Photos are allowed up to a level of artistic nudity. This is NOT an adult site. Art tutors do not wish to see anatomical studies of genitals and any such images will considerably reduce your chances of finding work. Repetitive self-timer images that focus on the genitals will also be removed. Also, no erections or images that could be considered to contain semi erections. Finally, please do not include frontal nudity on your MAIN profile picture.

Thank you for your co-operation and happy browsing!
