Default Dan Moran (Vermont)

Just saying hi and sharing some of my drawings. My main medium is Bic ball-point pen (I seem to be one of the few who considers this a viable medium for serius art). With a pen, I can get any type or level of shading that I can get with a pencil, and there's no smudging.
Most of my work is not figure stuff, but I do go to some local drawing groups every now and then to stay in practice. The groups go for two hours, with breaks, so that's why most of my figure drawings are unfinished... given three hours, I could probably finish a drawing for once.
I'm posting some of my figure drawings here. To see some examples of other types of things that I draw, check out www.723.com/DoktorFaustus

Wow! Amazing work for a Bic!

I'd love to see one up close!

Wow, I am very impressed. To think Bic ink pens can do that, I'm going to have to start drawing again. I think I saw your web site's link, I will check it out.
