Male anatomy

For the first time the male model whom I am working with at the moment has a foreskin, which I find quite interesting. But I would like to do a series of poses with the foreskin drawn back. Is it acceptable to ask and if so is it easy enough for men to do?

Hi Kate,

I would have no objection at all to being asked to pose for you with my foreskin in place or retracted. If you'd be interested in having me pose for you to complete a set of drawings, I'm situated near to the A50 and A38 so could easily travel to you.

I look forward to hearing from you soon,

Richard.

Hi Kate,

Ive been modelling for 10+ years and have a foreskin.

Although I have never been asked to pull it back, for some reason it naturally seems to do it and Ive never had any complaints.

Personaly I would be happy to oblige if I was asked such a question, and yes it is the easiest thin in the world to do.

Hiyah Kate, it is easy and not painful and I will gladly model for you however you choose. I have never modelled and would love the opportunity. I've been doing life model classes for two years and never had the opportunity to be on the other side of the canvas!

I imagine the answer to both parts of your question is the same... it depends on the individual. Personally I would be comfortable with both parts. If you feel comfortable asking then you prob wont offend.

Personally i think an artist should take the model au natural!!! Pull back the skin please!!! Whatever next?

Can you imagine a male artist saying to a female model, here's an ice cube coz i want your nipples out not inverted!!!

I wouldn't have a problem with someone asking me that (in advance probably). It probably wouldn't stay like that so adjustment would may have to happen quite often!

Welcome note from admin:
Welcome to LifeART, the networking site for artists and models. Modeling can often be a solitary profession with no contact or advice from other models. LifeART breaks down these barriers and offers help and advice to all. Be sure to check into the forum to view topical discussion between artists and models.
