Over the weekend I joined ModelLink. Last night I contacted a beautiful model that would suit my style down to the ground. This afternoon I lost my job. Lots of time for art - no money. Isn't life grand? Looking on the bright side - I've been here before and it was the last spell of redundancy that gave me the time to really develop my style. Yin and Yan. Whatever doesn't kill us makes us stronger! Stiff upper lip time...

Thanks for your comment Mark. It's my fourth time now. so I know the ropes and something good always comes out of it. If it was of known duration I could relax and enjoy it. Looking for work can be a full time job! I'll be walking the coast with my camera, drawing, painting. Must keep the positives going.

Thanks for that Bea. Yep unless I get lucky quickly I'll have time - just hope I get the inclination! I've had a barren few weeks artwise. Lots of scrap paper. Lots of frustration. Then I rattled off the painting that I've just posted in one three hour stint. When it works it works! Still on for September?
