Best wishes for tomorrow! Just think on, Ali will be modelling at my group tomorrow eve and it's only her third time but she's a pro now! Can't wait to hear about your experience. Please post on the forum :)
Heyyloo. I've got quite a bit of modelling lined up. Doing some classes for mature students. My first sitting is on the 21st. It's a portrait class just to get me settled. I'm a little nervous, but i'm sure when i've done my first class i'll be fine. Do you have any tips? OOO! Happy new year to you too, by the way :)
Hey great! to get so much work when you are just starting is super, normally it takes ages by word of mouth. Yeah the advice i would give is to be relaxed ,keep wrap on until the group leader gives you the signal to start and always replace it if there is a break even for a short time.It is just being professional and groups appreciate that.when you get into the pose dont be stiff, forget about the word "pose" and relax or almost flop into the pose.If you dont you will gradually relax and the shift of postion will affect them."feel" the pose though,I always think of posing as theatre or static ballet, that way you will look "in"the pose.So many models are wooden and look bored when posing which doesnt help the artist. The best of luck I am sure you will not need it,most of all enjoy!!! Look foreward to hearing how it goes.Portrait is a nice way of introduction. Bea
